Chapter 262

Josephine naturally had to join them in checking the new place out, and Patricia couldn't help but want

to chuckle at the scene. "Mr. Arnold, why don't you take Mrs. Zimmers while I follow behind you with

the kids?"

Josephine was already approaching the pair and had heard Patricia's suggestion, so she turned to

Isaac with a smile. "I appreciate it, Mr. Arnold."

With that, she went into the front passenger seat while Isaac watched as Patricia ushered the kids into

her Volvo with a wicked grin on her face.

To that, he quirked a brow, pressed auto-drive, and set the destination. Within seconds, the vehicle

drove itself and even knew to reverse.

Josephine screamed in horror and slammed the window as a result. "What's going on, Mr. Arnold? Why

is the car moving by itself?!"

Much to her dismay, Isaac ignored her as he strode toward Patricia's Volvo and got into the front

passenger seat.

As he entered the car, the adult and three kids inside were stunned, especially the adult. "Mr. Arnold,

Mrs. Zimmers can't drive."

"It's called auto drive, understand?" he said curtly.

Meanwhile, Sylvie leaned against the window and watched the car drive far away, mumbling to herself,

"Cool!"

The brothers, on the other hand, exchanged glances before Stellan hurriedly gave Josephine a call.

"Stellan, help! The car, it's moving on its own!" Josephine screeched so loudly that the boy thought his

eardrum was going to rupture. To that, he closed one eye and cleaned his ear.

"Don't worry, Mrs. Zimmers. Isaac put the car on auto-drive. We'll see you later!"

Finally, Josephine calmed down. "Oh, auto-drive! Oh, for heaven's sake! Alright, see you in a bit."

Wow, can you get any more scheming, Arnold? Patricia mused. She believed she'd be scared spitless

if she were in Josephine's situation too.

"Mr. Arnold," Scott spoke up impassively. "What are you doing, joining us in checking our new place

out?"

He and Stellan would never forgive this b*stard of a man who got engaged with another woman while

seeing their mother. Sure, the engagement was called off before anything happened, but it still

bothered them to this day, and it wouldn't be an issue they would be dropping anytime soon.

They weren't going to let anyone disparage their beloved mother.

Meanwhile, Isaac quirked a brow, feeling troubled when he had yet to win the two boys over.

Seeing how her boys remained animus toward Isaac, Patricia answered on behalf of the latter, "That's

because Mr. Arnold lives in Estrella Villa. We'll be neighbors from now on."

Sylvie was licking a lollipop when she heard her mother's words, and she beamed. Awesome, we get to

be neighbors with Mr. Handsome! I can go look for him whenever I miss him now!

A little over an hour later, they arrived at Estrella Villa, and Patricia began looking for houses five, six,

and seven.

Isaac lived in house number eight, and his car was parked right in front. Meanwhile, Josephine looked

around next to the vehicle and waved when she finally saw Patricia's car.

At that, Patricia pulled up next to the Bentley. As everyone got out, Josephine gushed, "Well, call me

prehistoric, but I've been exposed to advanced technology. Not only does that car drive itself, but it can

even chat with me too! It costs a fortune, doesn't it?"

"It does," Patricia answered with a smile.

"Which one will you be looking at?" Isaac asked with his hands in his pockets.

To that, Patricia pointed toward the three houses next to his. "These three—number five, six, and

seven."

Isaac narrowed his eyes in response. Has this girl won the lottery?

Then again, these three residences cost hundreds of millions. She wouldn't be able to afford it even if

she won the lottery.

As Josephine led the kids in front, Patricia and Isaac walked side by side behind.

"Whose gift is this?" He had a bad feeling it could be Zachary.

Patricia beamed at him, in seventh heaven. "It's my Grandpa's gift for the kids. He pampers me a lot.

He fell in love with the triplets as soon as he saw them, so he got them these houses."

At that, the CEO heaved a sigh of relief. She has a pretty well-off family, huh?
