Speaking of the title, there was a chance to change it to ‘SSS-Class Hunter who Dies to Live’ before it beca paid series. Sometimes I think it might have been better if I had changed it. However, after it went paid, the ISBN was registered and… (..) I couldn’t change it… (ED: It later changed to this title after 1 year)

You don’t need shining talent, power, or skills. Even if you can’t prove anything to the world, even if you are failing, there is value in just being alive. That was the kind of story it was.

SSS-Class Suicide Hunter was a story about death.

It was a story about love and friendship. A story about choices and responsibility.

I am not confident whether I expressed all those themes ambitiously enough. Looking back, there are always shortcomings and things I wish were better. If they are visible to me, the author, how much more so to the readers, makingfeel ashamed. It’s all due to my lack of capacity as an author.

Despite being such an insufficient story, it was fortunate to reach so many people and receive such undeserved love.

Hello, this is @deathking_11042 (my Discord handle),

I know a lot of readers of this series started reading it around early 2020 and from what I could check as its first translated chapter release date, it had been five years since then. This series has been dropped by a lot of translators due to the complexity in translating it.

Throughout my ttranslating this series, I’ve tried my best to be as correct or accurate as possible, but I know I have made mistakes; sof them were noticed by readers which were then corrected, but still, there are many left. So, if you still find any, letknow on Discord.

Aside from that, I know a lot of you plan to reread this series, but I would suggest maybe waiting for a few more months for to release the official licensed version of it. They have licensed it according to their forum and hopefully, they will be releasing a licensed version. So, reread it at that tand in the process, you will be helping the original author as well.

Also, I am grateful to all the readers who have donated to make the tspent here not feel like a waste of time. I learned a lot about basic Korean and other language-based nuances, and it definitely improved my understanding of both languages.
