Chapter 4 Go against Me

Adams arranged for a trusted assistant to guide Anaya and help her.

“Mr. Chowne, the president of Sega Corporation, and I are old friends. He signed the contract because

I was in charge of it. I‘m afraid he will not agree to change to another person.

“Even though he doesn‘t agree, you won’t be able to take this project either. Business does not depend

on one person!”

“Anyway, you don‘t need to worry about it. I‘ll take care of it,” Anaya said calmly.

Mark shorted.

Anaya knew nothing. Devin and he had made the deal. He would only cooperate with him.

Anaya revealed a scornful smile and said, “Mr. Maltz, you are a spoiled child. Do you think that

everyone should coax you and do what you ask? I’m no longer your wife. Stop getting all authoritative

on me.”

Anaya’s last sentence successfully pissed Joshua off. He grabbed her hand, his dark eyes glared with

anger and he said word by word, “WE HAVEN’T DIVORCED YET!”

“Soon. We will tomorrow. Please be punctual and don’t stand me up like last time.” Anaya shook off his

hand and added, “Mr. Maltz, please keep away from me when you come across me next time. I’m

afraid I can’t find a new

boyfriend.”

The veins on Joshua’s forehead bulged. He said furiously, “Did you start to look for a new boyfriend?”

Anaya raised an eyebrow and retorted, “Can’t I? I’m only twenty–three, the best age to enjoy my life.”

“Anaya…” Tim walked over after parking the car.

However, he felt a hostile gaze fall on him once he called Anaya.

Tim met Joshua’s cold eyes. It seemed as if Joshua was going to eat him up the next moment.

Tim’s heart sank.

Damn it! Tim cursed in his heart.

Anaya turned to Tim and asked, “Are you done with the car?”

Tim looked at Joshua warily, afraid that Joshua would rush over the next seconds and twist his head

off. He nodded slightly.

“Let’s get in.”

Anaya was about to get inside but was stopped by Joshua who stepped in front of her.
